Design and matte painting tutorial of short term dwellings for hikers in the American SouthWest.  Composed of a sculptural concrete shell to absorb heat from the sun throughout the day, protecting a simple glass dwelling behind.  The reflective glass allows for privacy, protection from the elements, and an uninhibited panoramic view to the scenery outside.
